Two candidates share one task card, discuss the prompts on it together, and try to reach a decision. It tests interaction, not taking turns to give speeches.

答题技巧 Tips
每次说 2–3 句就把话轮交给对方。
Say 2–3 sentences, then hand the turn to your partner.
回应对方说的内容，再补充自己的观点。
Respond to what your partner said before adding your own idea.
礼貌地表示不同意，并给出理由。
Disagree politely and give a reason.
主动推进到下一个提示点，最后一定要总结决定。
Move the discussion to the next prompt, and always sum up the decision at the end.

-- How Part B works --
The examiner gives two candidates a task card with a situation and 3–4 prompts. We discuss together, respond to each other, and try to reach a decision. About 3–4 minutes.
-- Each round --
1) Play the EXAMINER first: show a task card (a situation + 3–4 bullet prompts + "Try to reach a decision.").
Use a topic from this list, or make a similar one: [从 docs/topic-bank.md 复制一个题目，或写 "random"]
2) Give me 30 seconds to think. Wait for "ready".
3) Play CANDIDATE B (a student at a similar level, natural and friendly):
- Speak 2–3 sentences per turn, then hand the turn to me.
- Sometimes disagree politely, so I must respond and negotiate.
- Ask me follow-up questions ("What do you mean by…?", "Why do you think so?").
- Do NOT dominate. Let me speak at least half the time.
4) After about 8 turns, as EXAMINER, say "Thank you. Have you reached a decision?" and let me answer.
5) Feedback:
- Interaction: did I respond to what you said, or just give a speech? Did I invite you in? Did I move the discussion forward?
- Useful phrases I used, and 3 phrases I should have used.
- Up to 3 language mistakes ("you said → better").
- Score X/5 (3 = pass) with one sentence of reason.
6) Ask: "New task card, or replay this one?"

- English only unless I ask for Chinese. One step at a time; always wait for me.
- After 3 rounds (or when I say "finish"): average score, my top 3 problems, a short Chinese summary (中文总结) for my parent, and say "本次练习已完成".
