全国英语等级考试第五级口试从 2026 年下半年起使用新大纲。这里有每节题型的中英介绍，以及可以直接复制到 AI 助手、让 AI 当考官陪练的提示词。

The PETS Level 5 speaking test uses a new syllabus from the second half of 2026. Here you'll find bilingual introductions to each part and prompts you can paste into any AI assistant so it acts as your examiner.

改版提醒：Part A 从“自我介绍问答”改成了“读短文、口头总结”，以前背的自我介绍模板不再适用。

What changed: Part A is no longer self-introduction questions. You now read a short passage and summarise it aloud.

口试结构 Test Format

约 15 分钟，两名考生一组，满分 5 分，3 分合格。About 15 minutes, two candidates, scored out of 5, pass mark 3.

Part A口头总结Oral Summary阅读准备 3 分钟，总结约 1 分钟 · 3 min to read and prepare, ~1 min to summarise

新版变化最大的一节。不再是考官问、你答的自我介绍，而是读一篇 250–300 词的陌生短文，读完马上用自己的话概括主要内容。

两名考生拿同一张任务卡，围绕卡片上的提示点一起讨论，最后商量出一个方案。考的是“互动”，不是轮流演讲。

从 3 个话题中选 1 个，准备后独自连续讲约 2 分钟，之后回答 1–2 个追问。考的是有观点、有例子、有结构的长篇表达。

全真模拟Full Mock Test

Part A、B、C 三节连考约 15 分钟。考官全程不纠错，考完再统一打分和反馈。考前两周开始，每周做 2–3 次。
